Terms and Conditions :

You need to read all the terms and conditions carefully before using this website. You can use this website is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms of use. By using this website, you signify your assent to these terms of use and privacy policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms of use, please contact us. The 'Privacy Policy' of Sharp Holidays (P) Ltd. is intended to provide the users of this website the terms associated with the usage and protection of all the personal information that has been collected from them. And by 'personal information', we mean any kind of information that can be associated with a particular individual. This includes his/her Name, Address, Telephone No., E-mail Id, Credit Card No. and other such details. All the images, website design elements, text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, brochures, forms, software and other content, the presentation, selection and arrangement thereof, Copyright © 1986, Sharp Holidays (Ind. Inc.) (A unit of Sharp Travels). All rights are reserved with the company.

Note :
  • In case, the tour includes any flight or train booking. The full amount for the fare of train and flight will be required.
  • Balance will be required on arrival in India.

Booking Policy:

  • 30% of the total tour cost is required to process the bookings, which can be made by a credit card or bank transfer.
  • The 100% amount is required at the time of booking of tickets for train or flight.
  • Balance amount is required on arrival in India or starting of the tour by Cash, credit card or Indian Bank DD.
Note:

Advance amount can be paid by Cash / Bank Transfer / Credit Card. Each Credit Card payment will attract the surcharges @ 3%

Mode of Payment:

For domestic and international Clients:
Domestic clients can make payment using any of the following methods:-

  • By Online Payment Gateway system through (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
  • By Debit Card verified by Master/ Visa / Maestro.
  • By Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
  • By Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft.
  • By Bank Transfer (RTGS & NEFT).
International clients can make payment using any of the following methods:-
  • By Online Payment Gateway system through (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
  • By Debit Card verified by Master / Visa / Maestro.
  • By Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
  • By Bank / Telex Transfer to our Bank A/c.

In case of payment through credit/ debit card, the bank charges (3% extra) - would be levied over and above the total amount.

Note:
  • All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.
  • Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly born by the client.

Cancellation policy in India (Inbound and Domestic Clients)

  • Any Booking which is cancelled before 60 days from date of travel. 10% of total tour cost will be deducted.
  • For the Bookings which are cancelled between 59-45 days, from date of travel, 20% of total tour cost.
  • Booking cancelled between 44-30 days from date of travel, 30% of total tour cost.
  • Booking cancelled between 29-15 days from date of travel, 40% of total tour cost.
  • Booking cancelled between 14-7 days from date of travel, 50% of total tour cost.
  • Booking cancelled in less then 7 days, there will be no refund.
  • Flight and train tickets cancellation will be as per flight or train cancellation policy.
Note:

5% service charges and any bank charges will not be refunded in any case, if booking cancelled any time after confirmation of arrangements.

Collection of Identifiable information

Wherever applicable, we will collect the personal information directly from you. Generally, this will be collected by us when you deal with us either in person, by telephone, letter, facsimile, email or when you visit our website. We may request information about you when you purchase or make enquires about tickets or other products and services; when you enter competitions, register for promotions or when you request brochures or other information. We may also collect information when we invite you to complete surveys or provide us with feedback.

We will make your personally identifiable information available to other companies or people when:
We have your consent to share the information.
We have engaged companies to work with us or on our behalf to provide a product or service that you have requested, such as opt-in e-mail announcements.
Generally, the type of personal information we collect about you is the information that is needed to facilitate your travel arrangements and bookings and to provide travel services and products to you. For example, we may collect details such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card number and expiry date, passport details, dietary requirements (if any) and health issues relevant to your travel arrangements.

We also collect information that is required for use in the business activities of LTC Packages, including for example, financial details necessary in order to process various transactions and any other information you may elect to provide to us. We are required by law to obtain your consent to the collection of sensitive information.

We will assume that you have consented to the collection of all information which is provided to us for use in accordance with this Policy, unless you tell us otherwise.

Refund Policy:-

Any refund will be processed only after 15 days after receiving the written cancellation request.

Important Note :

We do not guarantee any visa approval. Visa approval or rejection is totally dependent on Embassy. In case of visa rejection, any cancellation or loss of booking or any amount loss, SHARP will not be responsible and client will have to bear that cost.

Note:

"As per our booking policy, we require 30% advance payment for tour and 100% for flights or train tickets. Please deposit the payment to our company bank account only. For any payment that is deposited to any personal account, SHARP HOLIDAYS will not take any responsibility for booking or any services. Any communication which is done on our personal email ID other than our company email ID or any payment deposited to any personal bank account, the company will not be responsible for any booking or services. So please do not respond on any personal email ID and do not deposit any payment to any personal bank account.
