New Maasai Mara Park Regulations:
Road safaris
1– All departures by road should exit the National Reserve no later than 10 am. Any departure after 1000 hrs will attract an extra day’s park fees.
Flying safaris
1– Guests who are residing both inside and outside the Maasai Mara Game Reserve who are departing by air should arrive at the airstrips not later than 100 hrs for morning flights. Afternoon flights departing past 1200 hrs will automatically attract extra day park fees.
Important Safari Regulation:
- For road departures from Maasai Mara, guests must exit the National Reserve no later than 10:00 AM. Departures after 10:00 AM will incur an additional day's park fees.
- For flying departures, guests must reach the airstrip no later than 10:00 AM for morning flights. Afternoon flights departing after 12:00 PM will automatically attract an additional day's park fees.
- Light aircraft flights have a 15 kg luggage allowance per passenger.
