Upon arrival at the airport in Nairobi, you will be met and transferred to Eka Hotel, where light refreshments will be served and a safari briefing will be conducted. Thereafter, depart Nairobi and drive towards Amboseli National Park, located at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. The journey covers approximately 250 km and takes around four hours. Arrive at AmboseliSopa Lodge in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive through the park, offering opportunities to see elephants and other wildlife against the spectacular backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Spend a full day exploring Amboseli National Park with morning and late-afternoon game drives. The park is particularly renowned for its large elephant herds and magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy breakfast and lunch at the lodge, with time to relax between the scheduled game drives. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at AmboseliSopa Lodge or similar.

After an early breakfast, depart Amboseli and travel towards the Great Rift Valley and scenic Lake Naivasha. The journey covers approximately 350 km and takes around 6.5 hours. Arrive at Lake NaivashaSopa Lodge in time for lunch. Spend the afternoon at leisure or choose from a selection of optional excursions, such as guided walks with naturalists or boat rides, which can be booked and paid for locally. Dinner and overnight at Lake NaivashaSopa Lodge or similar.

After an early breakfast, depart Lake Naivasha and drive towards the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. The journey covers approximately 270 km and takes around five hours. Arrive at Mara Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. In the late afternoon, head out on an exciting game drive in one of Kenya’s finest wildlife destinations. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge or similar.

Enjoy another memorable day in the Maasai Mara. Begin with an optional early-morning hot-air balloon safari over the Mara, followed by a special bush breakfast with sparkling refreshments. Alternatively, enjoy an early-morning game drive followed by breakfast at the lodge. Spend the remainder of the morning at leisure before lunch. In the afternoon, proceed on a late game drive in search of the Mara’s abundant wildlife. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge or similar.

After breakfast, return to Nairobi by road, covering approximately 290 km in around five hours. Alternatively, you may choose a morning flight from the Maasai Mara to Nairobi at an additional cost. Upon arrival in Nairobi, refreshments will be served at Eka Hotel before your final transfer to the airport for your outbound international flight, or you may continue with your chosen extension.
